Recently, the full-liquid water-cooled screw chiller developed by Jiangsu Jingya Group has been successful and successfully passed the test of the National Compressor Refrigeration Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, which indicates that Jingya has made another major breakthrough in the research and development of central air-conditioning.

In recent years, full-liquid water-cooled screw chillers have received wide attention due to their large refrigeration capacity, high refrigeration performance coefficient, easy cleaning and energy saving, especially in the textile industry. Because the product has many technical difficulties in oil and gas separation, oil return control, liquid supply and liquid level control, the technology has been blocked by some large foreign companies, and the sales market has long been occupied by them. Jingya Group has faced difficulties and strengthened independent innovation. It has closely followed the concept of “doing specialization, strengthening and air engineering”, conducting in-depth technical research and market analysis, and organizing a strong scientific research force through a large number of experiments and The tackling of the problem has overcome a variety of development risks and solved a series of key technical problems. It has finally succeeded in two years.

At present, the full-liquid water-cooled screw chiller developed by Jingya has fully met the expected target requirements: the prototype with a cooling capacity of 305 KW is strictly measured by the National Testing Center of Hefei General GM, and all technical performance indicators are in line with national standards. Among them, the energy efficiency ratio COP value reached 5.32W/W, which has greatly exceeded the requirement of the national standard energy efficiency level 1 level of 5.00W/W.

At the 2005 Annual Conference of Heating, HVAC and Refrigeration in Jiangsu Province, Jingya held a technical promotion meeting for full-liquid water-cooled screw chillers, and exhibited prototypes at the annual meeting, and won experts and peers. Highly rated.
