2 If the operation is not careful to make the oil cylinder piston move forward too long, so that the concrete piston pushes into the depth of the concrete cylinder, put a square wood from the S-tube cavity into the concrete cylinder, and use a jack to push the piston into the water tank;
3 First lubricate the pipeline with water and dilute mortar, and then spray the concrete after the spray head sprays the mortar;
4 The concrete ratio should be strictly controlled. Concrete distribution should be strictly controlled during concrete transportation, and transportation equipment with mixing function must be equipped with its own mixing function;
5 Ensure sufficient hydraulic oil and purity;
Some analysis is made for the problem of pipe blocking. The following reasons for pipe blocking are very practical and worth learning from by pump friends:
1. Operators must concentrate on pumping. Each time they pump, they need to watch whether the concrete at the mixer truck discharge port is qualified. Do not pump unqualified concrete and then pump it after corresponding treatment.
2. Watch the pressure parameters at any time. Operators of the vehicle-mounted multi-spraying machine should concentrate during pumping construction and pay attention to the reading of the pumping pressure gauge at all times. Once the pressure gauge reading suddenly increases, they should immediately reverse the pump for 2-3 strokes, and then pump directly and block the pipe to eliminate it. If the reverse pump (the positive pump has been operated for several operation cycles and the plugging of the pipe has not been eliminated, the pipe should be removed and cleaned in time, otherwise the plugging of the pipe will be more serious.
2. When the pumping speed is not selected properly, the speed selection is very critical. Operators cannot just map fast, and sometimes hasteness will not be achieved. During the first pumping, due to the large resistance of the pipeline, the pumping should be pumped at a low speed. After the pumping is normal, the pumping speed can be appropriately increased. When there are signs of pipe blockage or the slump of a car of concrete is small, the pump should be pumped at a low speed to eliminate the pipe blockage in the bud.
4. When the amount of residual material is not properly pumped, the operator must observe the residual material in the hopper at any time. The residual material must not be lower than the stirring shaft. If the residual material is too little, it is very easy to suck in air, resulting in a blockage of the pipe.
The material in the hopper should not be piled too much, and should be lower than the guardrail to facilitate the timely cleaning of coarse aggregates and super-large aggregates. When the slump of a certain vehicle of concrete is small, the residual material can be lower than the stirring shaft and controlled above the "S" pipe or suction port to reduce the stirring resistance, swing resistance and suction resistance. This regulation only applies to "S" valve series concrete conveying pumps
5. If the concrete collapses after a small period of time, it is not appropriate to take measures. If it is found that a bucket of concrete has a small collapse and cannot be pumped, the concrete should be released from the bottom of the hopper in time. If you want to save trouble, forcibly pumping it can easily cause pipe blockage. Do not add water to the hopper and stir.
6. During the shutdown period, the pump should be turned on every 5 to 10 minutes (the specific time depends on the temperature of the day, the concrete slump, and the initial setting time of the concrete) to prevent the pipe from being blocked. For concrete that has been set for too long and has been initially set, it is not advisable to continue pumping.
7. The pipe is not cleaned. The last time the pumping is completed, the pipe is not cleaned, which will cause the pipe to be blocked during the next pumping. Therefore, after each pumping, you must clean the conveying pipeline according to the operating procedures.
The plugged pipes in the tunnel wet sprayer are mostly caused by external reasons such as concrete and operation. Therefore, during the actual construction process, paying more attention to the above points to minimize the plugging of pipes.
1. Pipe blocking and exclusion Under normal circumstances, if the peak pressure of each pumping stroke increases rapidly with the alternation of strokes and quickly reaches the set pressure (32MPA), the normal pumping cycle will automatically stop, which indicates that the pipe blocking occurs. At this time, 1-2 reverse pump cycles can usually be performed to eliminate the plugging of the pipe. If the cycle is still ineffective several times, it means that serious blockage has occurred and should be dealt with quickly. Note: The reverse pump-positive pump operation cannot be repeated many times, and the blockage will be even more serious.
(1) Possible causes of blockage and preventing and dealing with blockage is a very troublesome thing, so blockage should be prevented, and the following aspects should be taken to prevent it to reduce the possibility of blockage.
In terms of concrete quality: poor concrete and ease, which are manifested as the particle size of the coarse aggregate is too large or the grading does not meet the requirements; the grading of the latter does not meet the requirements; the cement usage is improper, the quality of the latter does not meet the requirements; the mixing cloth is even or the mixing time stays for too long has been isolated; artificial light aggregates are too absorbent, and the admixture is inappropriate, etc. Its collapse degree is unstable, has poor viscosity and poor water retention. Therefore, concrete quality is the main reason for pipe blockage, so it should be controlled and prevented.
â‘¡. Pipeline: Water leakage in the pipe or joint causes the slump of the conveying process to decrease or pressure relief, the bend radius of the bent pipe is too small, and the pipes are inconsistent and cause grooves and are not aligned.
â‘¢. Equipment: Improper adjustment of hydraulic system parameters.
â‘£. Operation: The waiting time for materials or downtime is too long.
(2) Treatment measures after blockage occurs:
If the blockage occurs, the reverse pump should be cleared immediately. If the reverse pump is disabled, the blockage should be determined immediately and the pipeline should be cleaned.
â‘ . The method for determining the blocking position is: while the pump operator performs the forward-back pump operation, other personnel search for the blocking position along the conveying pipeline. Generally speaking, the pipe section from the outlet of the pump to the blocked part will vibrate violently, while the pipeline after the blocking point is stationary. The concrete at the blocking end is sucked and there is no sound after the blocking point. If the pipe is knocked, there will be a dull sound and a dense feeling in the blocking part.
â‘¡. Once the blocked area is found, while the front and back pumps are carried out, tapping the area with a wooden hammer, which can sometimes restore smoothness. If there is no effect, disassemble the pipe immediately for cleaning.
â‘¢. If the blockage and judgment is inaccurate, you can also perform segmented cleaning. If you find that the concrete material in the pipe begins to condense when dismantling the pipe, you should open all pipe joints without hesitation, clean the primary and quickly, and clean the pump to prevent the concrete material from coagulating and the inability to clean up and the concrete pipe is scrapped.
