The main adjuvant for nitrocellulose lacquer:

The water of the sky. It is a colorless transparent liquid with banana odor synthesized by mixing organic solvents such as ester, alcohol, benzene and ketone. It mainly plays a role in nitrocellulose lacquer and curing.

White water. Also known as anti-white water, the scientific name is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether.

When working in wet weather, the paint film will be white, and the proper addition of 10%-15% nitromagnetized white water can eliminate it.

Polyester paint:

It is a thick lacquer made of polyester resin as the main film former.

The polyester paint has a full film and a thick layer. Polyester lacquer also has a varnish variety called polyester varnish.

Polyester lacquers need to be cured during the construction process. These curing agents account for one-third of the total weight of the paint.

These curing agents are also called hardeners, and their main component is TDI (toluene diisocyanate).

These free TDI will turn yellow, which will not only make the furniture paint change, but also make the adjacent wall yellow, which is a major drawback of polyester paint.

At present, yellowing resistant polyester lacquer has appeared on the market, but it can only be "resistant to yellow". Still can not completely prevent yellowing.

In addition, free TDI beyond the standard can also cause harm to the human body.

Polyurethane paint:

That is, polyurethane paint. It is strong in film, full of luster, strong adhesion, water resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in high-grade wood furniture and can also be used on metal surfaces.

The main disadvantages are the blistering of the water and the pulverization of the paint film. As with polyester paint, there is also the problem of yellowing.

The varnish variety of polyurethane paints is called polyurethane varnish.

(2) Interior wall paint

Interior wall paints are mainly divided into water-soluble paints and latex paints.

The general decoration is made of latex paint. Latex paint is an emulsion paint, which is divided into two categories: polyester acid vinyl emulsion and acrylic emulsion according to different substrates.

Latex paint uses water as a thinner. It is a kind of paint that is convenient, safe, washable and breathable. It can be blended according to different color schemes.

Latex paints are mainly composed of water, pigments, emulsions, fillers and various additives. These raw materials are non-toxic and may be toxic primarily by organic mercury in the glycol and mold inhibitors of the film former.

At present, the so-called "latex paint" containing a large amount of formaldehyde on the market is actually a water-soluble paint, not a latex paint. Some unscrupulous manufacturers use fake water-soluble paint to fake latex paint.

(4) Fire retardant paint
