Operators are not focused: During pumping operations, relevant operators should concentrate and pay attention to the readings in the pumping pressure gauge of the tow concrete conveying pump. Once the pressure gauge reading suddenly increases, you should immediately reverse the pump 2 strokes-3 strokes, and then carry out the positive pump. The phenomenon of plugging the pipe can also be eliminated in time. If the circulating operation between the reverse pump and the positive pump has been carried out, but the pipe blockage is still not eliminated, the pump tube should be removed and washed immediately, otherwise the pipe blockage will be even more serious.
The pumping speed is inappropriate: When pumping a tow concrete conveyor pump, the speed selection is very critical. Operators should not blindly pursue speed, as sometimes they will lose their ability. When starting pumping, because the pipeline resistance is high, pumping should be done at a low speed. After normal pumping, the pumping speed can be appropriately increased. When there are signs of pipe blocking or the slump of a car of concrete is small, low-speed pumping should be carried out to directly "strangle" the pipe blocking phenomenon in the cradle.
Inappropriate control of residual material quantity: When pumping a tow concrete conveying pump, the operator must observe the residual material in the hopper at any time, and the residual material must not be less than the stirring shaft. If the remaining material is too little, it is easy to inhale air, which will lead to "tube blockage". The material in the hopper should not be stacked too much, and should be less than the guardrail, so as to facilitate the timely cleaning of coarse aggregates and super-large aggregates.
When the slump of a car's concrete is small, the residual material can be lower than the stirring shaft and controlled above the "s" pipe or suction port to prevent the mixing resistance, swing resistance, and suction resistance of the tow concrete conveying pump.
