2 years' quality warranty. If machine breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what problem it is based on clients' feedback. Parts (excluding the consumable parts) shall be replaced for free If there is any problems during warranty period.

3. How to pay to you ?
30% deposit, 70% balance paid before delivery by T/T is prefer; small amount with PayPal is also acceptable.

For standard machine, it would be 3Â - 5days. For non-standard/customized machines according to clients' specific requirements, It would be 15days.

5. Do you arrange shipment for the machines ?
FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you, but EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
