Common reasons for hydraulic pipe exposure:
1. Many people use inferior hydraulic pipes. After the original hydraulic pipe is damaged, many people choose inferior hydraulic pipes that do not meet the standards for cheapness. The performance and reliability of this hydraulic pipe are far inferior to the original ones.
In addition, the metal joints at both ends of the hydraulic pipe have poor pressing process, and the sealing and reliability cannot be guaranteed. After a period of use, oil leakage will occur. Therefore, when replacing hydraulic pipes, you must choose a regular brand and original product. You can contact professional distributors who have been in the original factory and work alone. The price is one-third lower than the original factory, and the quality is the same and the same type and technical service are better. Just report the model of the equipment to them, it will be convenient, fast, professional, economical and practical.
2. Hydraulic system pressure is too high. Preset pressure of the hydraulic system will increase the chance of exposure pipe. The method is to test the pressure value generated by the main pump in combination with various actions. If the pressure value is confirmed to be too high, the pressure of the multiple valve can be appropriately lowered.
3. If the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, if the hydraulic system of your machine is high, it will also affect the sealing of the hydraulic components and cause the burst pipe to leak; in addition, the high temperature will also cause the hydraulic components to expand, causing the valve core and valve body to get stuck, forming a local high temperature to cause the exposure pipe.
4. Mix hydraulic oil of different labels for refurbishing second-hand slag slag machine. Generally, wear-resistant hydraulic oil of 46# is used by default. If you add the common hydraulic oil in the accessories store during use, it will cause unstable hydraulic oil properties and damage components. The high viscosity hydraulic oil has poor fluidity, which will cause higher pressure to partially generate high pressure in the hydraulic system, which can easily cause pipeline leakage.
5. Bad operating habits If the operator operates roughly during operation, the huge impact load will generate instantaneous impact pressure in the hydraulic system. The impact pressure will cause premature failure of the pressing joint between the high-pressure oil pipe and the hose to leak oil or burst the pipe, greatly shortening the service life of the hydraulic pipe. In addition, rough operation will also affect the durability of other components, causing frequent mechanical failures. Therefore, the operation of the refurbished second-hand slag strip machine must be gentle and do not perform high-intensity or high-risk actions.
6. Hydraulic pipe is corroded. Although most of the current hydraulic pipes have certain corrosion resistance, rubber products have long-term high pressure and high flow rates to cause the colloid to fluff and deteriorate. If there are certain adverse effects, try not to let the hose come into contact with gasoline and diesel. Generally, rubber will swell and fluffy when immersed in gasoline and diesel for a long time. Therefore, during normal use, corrosive liquids such as diesel should be avoided from contacting the hose, and the outer surface of the hydraulic pipe should be cleaned frequently. Corrosion, water gushing and water gushing in the external environment of the tunnel mine, corrosive gases, geothermal heat, etc. have a certain impact.
7. Abnormal vibration of hydraulic pipes. I said that when the gear pump and Plunger Pump work, there will be oil pulsation. This pulsation will cause high-frequency vibration of the hydraulic pipes, which cannot be completely eliminated. Long-term abnormal vibration will cause fatigue and wear of the hydraulic pipe. Therefore, check the pipe clamps and protective sleeves of the hydraulic pipe frequently. Once the pipe clamps are loose, they will wear the hydraulic pipe and even impact the hydraulic oil through high pressure and high flow velocity.
How to remedy the hydraulic pipe after it is exposed to the pipe?
When a hydraulic pipe exposure tube occurs during the operation project, since the exposure tube is a high pressure in the hydraulic pipe, in order to avoid excessive hydraulic oil loss, the bucket should be first put into the ground, then shut down and turn off the engine to reduce the pressure in the hydraulic system and slow down the oil loss.
In some hydraulic systems with refurbished second-hand slag stripper specifications, the rubber hoses in the same oil circuit have the same specifications but withstand different oil pressures. Most of the cracked hoses are hoses with higher oil pressure. Simple bonding or binding of the cracked hose; use the oil pipes in the large cavity and small cavity of the boom cylinder interchangeably (that is, use the unbreaked oil pipe to bear high pressure, and use the broken but simply bonding or binding oil pipe to bear low pressure).
The above methods are only used as temporary emergency remedies, and the performance of hydraulic pipes will decline to a certain extent. Therefore, once the hydraulic pipe is exposed to the pipe, a new hydraulic pipe should be replaced as soon as possible and hydraulic oil must be supplemented.
