The reason why the coated sheet is difficult to cut is because its cutting head can only be cut from the top of the board to the bottom. The protective film on the board has no effect during the cutting process. However, because the film is attached to the bottom of the board, the cutting residue generated during the cutting process cannot completely fall off. These residues will directly affect the cutting effect of the board, causing the sheet to be unable to be cut through or there will be large burrs after cutting. However, if all the films under the board are torn off, scratches will appear under the board.

The specific method is:

1. Draw an auxiliary cutting diagram that matches the actual cutting diagram. The specific method is to mirror the actual cutting diagram, and you can directly obtain the auxiliary cutting diagram.

2. Calculate the position and maximum offset of the membrane to be tear off. Theoretically, the auxiliary cutting pattern is used to etch the protective film at the cutting position on the top of the sheet, and just cut the sheet directly on the flip side. However, in the actual cutting process, due to the influence of laser positioning error and sheet appearance error, the cutting positions on the front and back sides of the sheet cannot overlap. Therefore, when etching the front side, the accurate offset should be calculated and the protective film at the offset position should be tear off.

3. Draw cutting drawings and auxiliary cutting drawings. The cutting drawings are just drawn directly according to the shape of the workpiece. Assist in cutting the drawings, first mirror the actual cutting drawings, and then offset them with the set error value.

4. Type laser cutting diagrams. Here we need to first type the auxiliary cutting drawings. Secondly, mirror the layout image of the auxiliary cutting diagram and remove the etching lines, and only the actual cutting diagram is retained.

5. Perform laser cutting. First, do the plate etching first, and then tear off the protective film at the laser cutout position. After tearing off the protective film, flip the steel plate and then cut the workpiece.
