Semi-trailer maintenance and maintenance knowledge Routine inspections (performed by user) weekly or before each shipment

The following security checks must be performed every week or before each shipment (whichever occurs first):

a Check the tire pressure and adjust it to the tire manufacturer's recommended level;

b Check the tightness of the tire screw;

c Check the brake system for leaks and test whether it can be braked;

d Check the tightness of the suspension of all nuts and screws and bolts;

e Check the brake connection of the tractor and the semi-trailer;

f the air reservoir and the air chamber with air suspension;

g check all the lights;

h Check and ensure that the legs are working properly;

i Check the wear of moving parts;

3 monthly check (operated by the user)

a Check the tightness of all suspension parts (according to the supplied torque data);

b Check if there is a break in the leaf spring;

c Inspect all brake systems for joints and hoses for damage, hose clamps for missing d, check for proper operation of relay valves and other valves;

e Check the wear of the tension rod bushes;

f Check the brake drum for cracks or abnormal wear;

g Check that the axle shaft lubricant will not leak;

h Inspect all fasteners and focus on fasteners used on the legs, tires, axles, etc. (In any case, nuts, screws, and other fasteners should be tightened to the recommended torque parameters);

i Check the wear of the tractor pin;

jCheck if the brake is normal;

k Lubrication of legs and traction plates/traction pins;

l mildly lubricated brake camshaft, slack adjuster;

m Check whether there is any open glue at the junction of side wall board, door board and roof board;

n Replace wearing parts with spare parts produced or approved by Shenzhen CIMC Special Vehicle Co., Ltd.

4 Annual maintenance Once the vehicle has been used for 6 months, conduct a thorough inspection every 12 months to ensure the vehicle's serviceability (including maintenance at the 6th month). The inspection scope is the same as the above monthly inspection, and the following additional terms are added:

a Remove the brake drum and thoroughly inspect the brake shoe for no additional or undue wear;

b Check the brake shoe return spring, brake bushing, camshaft sleeve, brake drum, etc. for damage;

c check the bearing, axle connecting parts;

d Thoroughly check the structure of the vehicle and immediately report any problems;

e Replace all worn or damaged parts with replacement parts recommended by Shenzhen CIMC Special Vehicle Co., Ltd.

5 Lubrication In order to safely drive and extend the service life of the semi-trailer, grease must be regularly replenished to the lubrication points. When adding grease, pay attention to the following:

a The oiling appliance and the oiling cup should be cleaned first.

b When the oil cup cannot be filled with grease, check the cause and replace it if it is damaged.
