Barbed blade rope, commonly referred to as blade barbed wire or blade barbed net, serves as a protective barrier. Known for its attractive design, cost-effectiveness, excellent resistance properties, and ease of installation, it has found widespread application in numerous countries. It is extensively utilized in industrial zones, residential complexes, border checkpoints, and military structures. This type of barbed rope can be categorized into several types: spiral blade barbed rope (also known as snake belly type), linear blade barbed rope, flat blade barbed rope, and welded blade barbed mesh. Each variant comes in different configurations, including spiral, linear, and cross-spiral forms. The barbed mesh is crafted using hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets, which are then stamped into sharp blade-like shapes. These are combined with high-tension galvanized steel wires or stainless steel wires to form a robust core. Due to its sharp edges, this mesh provides effective protection and isolation. Plastic-coated barbed rope is another variation. This product, sometimes called PVC-coated barbed wire, undergoes rust-resistant treatment. The plastic coating enhances its corrosion resistance, offering a glossy finish, waterproofing, and ease of installation. This method involves electrostatic powder spraying, where plastic powder is charged and adhered to the metal surface, then baked at temperatures between 180-220°C. The resulting products are often used indoors and come in various colors like blue, grass green, dark green, and yellow. Plastic-coated barbed mesh is made from hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets that are stamped into sharp blades. These are combined with high-tension galvanized steel wires or stainless steel wires. The product's main materials include galvanized plates, stainless steel plates, and low-carbon steel wires (either electro-galvanized, hot-dipped galvanized, plastic-coated, or sprayed). These nets are available in colors such as blue, green, and yellow. Applications for plastic-coated barbed mesh include border protection for grasslands, railways, and highways, as well as securing garden apartments, military outposts, and border defense areas. Based on installation methods, these meshes can be classified into spiral plastic-coated barbed mesh, linear plastic-coated barbed mesh, flat plastic-coated barbed mesh, welded plastic-coated barbed mesh, and more. They are available in three primary forms: spiral, linear, and cross-spiral. Specifications include models like BTO-10, BTO-15, BTO-18, BTO-22, BTO-28, BTO-30, CBT-60, and CBT-65. Packaging options range from moisture-proof paper and woven bags to custom packaging based on customer needs. (Figure 1) (Figure 2) (Figure 3) (Figure 4) (Figure 5)
