Starting the high-pressure multi-stage pump involves several key steps. First, open the inlet valve of the high-pressure multi-stage pump and slightly open the outlet vent valve to allow air to escape. Once oil appears at the vent, close the valve to ensure no air remains in the system. Next, manually start the auxiliary lubrication pump and adjust the lubricating oil pressure to be above 0.25 MPa. Then, set the high-pressure motor lubrication pressure between 0.01 to 0.05 MPa, ensuring that the return oil flow from each branch is normal.
Before starting, make sure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn, and necessary tools are prepared. Check the process for the reaction feed multi-stage pump's inlet and outlet, and confirm that the raw material tank’s liquid level meets the requirements for starting the pump. Open the recirculation process from the reaction feed pump back to the raw material tank, and notify the internal operator to set the return valve opening to at least 40%, ensuring a minimum flow rate of 66 tons per hour. The external operator should verify the valve position on-site to confirm it is functioning properly.
Check that the lubrication station has an appropriate oil level, and that the lubricating oil analysis results are within acceptable limits. Ensure that all instruments—such as the oil filter differential pressure gauge, pressure switch, and remote transmission system—are operating correctly. Verify that the oil cooler process is in good condition and functional. Inspect the pump’s pressure gauge, casing cover, bolts, anchor bolts, valves, and flange gaskets to ensure they are intact. Confirm with the external operator that the pump’s condition is suitable for startup, and reset any interlocks. Monitor the DCS system to ensure all start-up conditions for the multi-stage pump are met. Perform a manual crank for two full turns to check for any unusual noises or resistance, confirming the pump is ready for operation.
Multi-stage pumps are widely used in high-rise building water supply systems, as well as in industrial settings such as factories, mines, and enterprises for water supply and drainage, and low-pressure boiler circulation.
Key features of multi-stage pumps include:
1. Advanced hydraulic design for high efficiency and broad performance range.
2. Low operational and maintenance costs due to high-quality mechanical seals that prevent leakage and extend service life.
3. Unique internal components that reduce noise and improve flow performance.
4. Compact vertical structure, making them ideal for space-limited installations.
After-sales service commitment includes a three-year guarantee (return, replacement, warranty), with a two-year warranty and lifetime support. If a quality issue arises within the first year, we will promptly repair or replace the product. Our after-sales team will arrive within 12 hours in the city and within 48 hours in other areas upon notification. During the warranty period, any parts damaged by manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty expires, we offer paid maintenance services to ensure continued system performance. We also provide timely, thorough repairs and overhauls when issues affect the pump’s operation. All spare parts are supplied directly from our factory, ensuring fast delivery, high quality, and competitive pricing.
