Barrier-free distance is 300 meters.
2. How long can the backup battery in the host support?
Various models are different, ranging from 5 to 24 hours. The on-site alarm system has no backup battery.
3. How long can the door sensor and probe batteries last?
First of all, depending on the quality of the battery, it can be triggered about 30,000 times.
4. How do I know it's time to replace the battery?
When the power is insufficient, the indicator lights on the door sensor and the probe will flash continuously.
5. Will the infrared probe produce radiation to the human body?
The infrared probe is detected by infrared rays, and does not emit any radiation by itself.
6. What is the detection range of the probe?
The detection distance is 8-10 meters. The detection range of individual detectors is different. For details, see the instruction manual.
7. Are there any emergency measures if the remote control is lost?
Temporarily arm and disarm via phone, and then add (login) again.
8. What should I do if the phone dialed during the alarm is busy?
The alarm will automatically dial multiple sets of calls, and there will never be a call that wo n’t work.
9. Will small animals cause false alarms?

10. If the window is not closed, will the alarm work?
The door sensor will fail, but the probe can work as usual, so it is best to use double protection of door sensor and probe.
11. Doesn't it need to install door magnet when the probe is installed?
The function of the door sensor is to alarm immediately when the door and window are opened, and the function of the probe is to alarm when a person attempts to enter the room.
12. Why does the probe sometimes fail to respond?
The probe adopts a power-saving design. It takes 10 seconds to 5 minutes after each trigger to respond to the second trigger.
13. How to fortify when sleeping at night?
You can choose a host that can be partitioned for arming.
14. Will smoking trigger the smoke detector?
No, it will only trigger when the smoke reaches a certain concentration.
15. Will the alarm system produce false alarms or omissions?
In theory, there may be false alarms in the alarm system. The Ministry of Public Security allows a certain false alarm rate in the alarm system. The false alarms are mainly due to infrared probes. There is no problem of false alarms on the door sensor and the host, so when installing the infrared probe, we should install it in strict accordance with the regulations to minimize the false alarm rate.
The alarm system does not allow missing reports. In order for the alarm system to work well, please pay attention to whether there is electricity in each detector. If a weak current indication appears, please replace the battery in time.
16. Will other people's detectors interfere with my alarm? Can someone else's remote control control my home alarm?
Don't worry, because each detector and remote control have different codes.
17. Can a thief who is familiar with this system remove the alarm and then steal?
First, the system is installed indoors and cannot be removed without entering the room. Secondly, the door sensor and probe will alarm when they are dismantled. Again, even if the door sensor and probe are destroyed, the alarm will not stop.
18. Does the manufacturer have a solution?
Theoretically, it can be cracked, just like a set of combination locks, one by one, but the workload is huge.
