Huai'an accelerates the optimization and upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment

The agricultural machinery and equipment level is an important indicator reflecting the comprehensive service capacity of agricultural machinery in a region. Since the beginning of this year, the city has made great efforts to strengthen the upward struggle, conscientiously organize the implementation of agricultural mechanization projects, and actively promote the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural machinery and equipment structure.

The first is to implement the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchases. This year, the city has collectively sought for 22.3 billion yuan in subsidies for the purchase of subsidies for central and provincial-level financial agricultural machinery, 1.15 million sets of subsidies for machinery, and nearly 7,100 households and service organizations. The Agricultural Machinery Department meticulously formulated and organized the implementation of the work plan in accordance with the requirements of the provincial bureau. The joint financial department conducted in-depth supervision of policy implementation work and actively organized the subsidized personnel operation training. The municipal and county levels organized 12 training sessions in total and 260 training personnel. The “Implementation Opinions for the Implementation of New Agricultural Machinery Operation Awards in 2015” was issued by the Government of Yishui County, and operation awards were implemented for key agricultural machinery such as high-horsepower tractors, straw returning machines, ride-type rice transplanters, and planting equipment.

The second is to vigorously promote the construction of modern agricultural machinery and equipment demonstration bases. Highlight key areas and weak links, study and formulate standards for municipal-level modern agricultural machinery demonstration bases, actively guide counties (districts) to integrate local soil characteristics and urgently needed machinery for agricultural production, accelerate the development of new machinery display windows, new technology application carriers, and new The farmer training platform is one of the demonstration bases for agricultural machinery and equipment. It has vigorously introduced experimental demonstrations and advanced agricultural machinery to drive the optimization and upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment in the region. The city has newly increased 2639 medium-sized tractors, 912 rice transplanters, 423 high-speed rice transplanters, 2,415 combine harvesters, 4,293 straw-returning and rotary cultivators, and built 7 modern agricultural machinery demonstration bases.

The third is to accelerate the development of high-efficiency facility agricultural machinery. Following the development idea of ​​“advancing the park base and upgrading the key links”, we organized 23 types of new equipment testing and demonstration sites and 16 new technology training sessions, and vigorously promoted the installation of facilities into the park and into the base, and comprehensively enhanced the supporting technical services. . Up to now, the city has added 8,112 agricultural machinery with high-efficiency facilities, accumulatively built 7 and 69 agricultural and agricultural demonstration bases of provinces and cities, and the mechanization level of the facilities park has reached 70%.
