In the event of an unexpected accident, such as a power failure, severe oil leakage, or an emergency call shutdown, the operator should remain calm and immediately press the emergency stop button to cut off the power. If the cabin is suspended in the air, the operator can access the hydraulic station and rotate the load-blow handle counterclockwise. This will allow the cabin to descend automatically to its original position. If it doesn't move, manually push the counterweight arm or pull it with a rope. Once the cabin is safely lowered, support it with pre-prepared supports and secure the connecting pedal. After confirming that there is no danger, open the safety bar and seat belts, and guide passengers out in an orderly manner.

If a passenger is injured, it is crucial to call 120 immediately or transport them to the nearest hospital as quickly as possible. The priority is to minimize harm and ensure prompt medical attention.

Operators must participate in regular emergency training and drills to ensure they are fully prepared and capable of handling various situations. Familiarity with rescue procedures and practical skills is essential for effective response.

All necessary rescue equipment and facilities should be available at all times, including backup generators, internal combustion engines, ladders, safety walkways, rescue ropes, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers. Regular inspections are required to ensure these tools are always in good working condition.

In case of a fire or explosion, immediately dial 119 to report the emergency. At the same time, follow the established power emergency protocol to evacuate passengers safely. Use on-site fire-fighting equipment to control the fire if possible. If explosives are involved, prioritize moving them to a safe location and take all necessary steps to reduce damage and prevent further risk.
