Equipment emergency rescue measures

1. In case of an unexpected incident, such as a power failure, severe oil leakage, or emergency call shutdown, the operator should remain calm and immediately press the emergency stop button to cut off the power supply. If the cabin is suspended in the air, the operator can access the hydraulic station and rotate the load-blow handle counterclockwise. This will allow the cabin to automatically descend back to its original position. If it doesn't move, manually push or pull the counterweight arm using a rope. Once the cabin is safely lowered, use pre-prepared supports and secure the connecting pedal. After confirming everything is safe, release the safety bar and seat belts, and guide passengers out in an orderly manner.

2. If any passenger is injured, call 120 immediately or transport them to the nearest hospital for urgent medical attention. The priority is to minimize harm and ensure the well-being of all individuals involved.

3. Operators must undergo regular emergency training and drills to ensure they are fully prepared and capable of responding effectively during critical situations. This includes learning rescue procedures and practical skills.

4. It is essential to have all necessary rescue equipment available at all times, such as backup generators, internal combustion engines, ladders, safety walkways, rescue ropes, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers. These tools should be inspected regularly to ensure they are in good working condition and ready for use when needed.

5. In the event of a fire or explosion, call 119 immediately to alert emergency services. At the same time, follow the established power emergency protocol to evacuate passengers safely. Use on-site fire-fighting equipment to control the fire if possible. If there are any explosive materials present, prioritize moving them to a safe location to reduce potential damage and loss.
